SportMath ("we," "our," or "us") operates the SportMath mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, or phone number depending on your sign-in method (Apple, Google, or email).
• Profile Information: Your username and profile picture.
• Photos: If you upload a profile picture, we store it to display on your account. We may also process images you choose to share for future features such as analysis. We do not access your photo library without your explicit selection.
• Contacts: If you grant permission, we access your contacts to help you find friends on SportMath. Contact data is not stored on our servers.
• Usage Data: We collect analytics data about how you use the app, including features used, analysis requests, and app interactions. This helps us improve the product.
• Purchase Information: If you subscribe to SportMath Pro, Apple processes your payment. We receive transaction confirmation but do not store payment details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve our AI-powered sports analysis features
• To manage your account and subscription
• To send push notifications about your analyses and app updates (with your permission)
• To analyze usage patterns and improve app performance
• To provide customer support

4. Third-Party Services

We work with third-party service providers to operate the app. Categories include:

• Cloud infrastructure providers — for authentication, database, analytics, and crash reporting
• AI service providers — for analysis, lineup grading, and chat responses
• Payment and subscription processing — for in-app purchases and subscription billing

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.

5. AI-Generated Content

SportMath uses third-party AI service providers to generate sports analysis, lineup grades, deep-dive commentary, and chat responses. When you submit picks or chat messages, the structured pick data and your message text are sent to these providers to generate a response. We do not send your name, email, or other identifying account information.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Sports outcomes are unpredictable and past performance does not guarantee future results. SportMath analyses are for entertainment and informational purposes only and should not be treated as gambling advice, betting tips, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

Our AI providers may briefly process and log requests for safety and abuse-prevention purposes per their own privacy policies. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. Subscription Information

SportMath offers a Pro subscription billed at $4.99 per week with a 3-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew weekly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

All payments are processed by Apple under their billing terms. We receive subscription confirmation receipts but do not collect or store payment card data. Refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Analysis results are stored in your account history. You can delete your account at any time, which will remove your personal data from our systems.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and access controls on our servers.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, update, or delete your personal information
• Opt out of push notifications
• Revoke contacts or photo permissions through your device settings
• Delete your account and associated data

10. Children's Privacy

SportMath is rated 13+ on the App Store and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
